On most teams, the plan lives in one app, the conversation in another, the deadline in a calendar, and the context in someone’s head. A large share of every week goes into keeping those in sync.
Forma puts them in one place. Tasks sit next to the meetings they compete with. Messages, files, and pull requests attach to the work they are about. Automations handle follow-ups, reminders, and handoffs, and log everything they do.
We measure success by how much of that coordination work disappears, not by how many features we add.
